Delta to Prohibit Emotional Support Animals on Long Flights

DELTA AIR LINES WILL NO longer allow emotional support animals on flights longer than eight hours.

The airline announced the move in an update to its service and support animal policy, although it said it will make a temporary exception for travelers who purchased tickets before Dec. 18th. Effective Feb. 1, 2019, no emotional support animals will be allowed on longer flights regardless of booking date.
