This weekend marks the 25th anniversary of the Corky Kell Classic, the unofficial kickoff to Georgia’s high school football season. The Indians will make yet another appearance in the football marathon Aug. 19 at 5:30 p.m. at the Georgia State Stadium (formerly Turner Field) in downtown Atlanta. Here’s how to watch it:

  • On location: If you’re planning to attend the game in person, tickets are being pre-sold online or at the Athletic Office during school hours for $13. At the gate, tickets will be $17.
  • On TV: 11 Alive will be broadcasting all nine games of the Classic across its family of networks. The McEachern-Mill Creek game will be broadcast live on The ATL (channel 13 on Comcast/other providers).
  • Online: 11 Alive’s broadcast will be simulcast on their website, and some of the games will be broadcast on Facebook Live as well. There’s no word on if the Indians game will be on Facebook, but this post will be updated if that changes.
  • Social: The Tribal Times will continue its tradition of live-tweeting the Corky Kell game on Twitter.
